Cancellation and Refunds

A paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling inside it means you are never charged.

You can cancel any time from your account. Once a plan is cancelled you are not charged again, and your access continues until the end of the paid period you have already paid for.

Paid periods are not refunded in part: a cancellation stops the next charge and does not return money for time already paid for, unless the law where you live requires it.

Student pricing requires verification with a school email address. Pricing returns to the standard plan if that verification is not given or no longer holds.
